Are you a performing artist aged 18 – 35yrs residing in Naarm on the Sovereign lands of the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Bunurong Boon Wurrung Peoples of the Kulin Nation? Are you a Femme from a Global First Nations Background? Are you ready to delve into the process of creating with the genre defying Hot Brown Honey? Then we got you!

The award-winning Hot Brown Honey (Helpmann, Green Room, UK Total Theatre Award for Innovation) presents Hive City Legacy – Naarm Chapter. This project invites Black, Indigenous, and POC (BIPOC) Femmes aged 18–35 to amplify voices, develop storytelling skills and explore lived experiences through performance making, professional development and collaboration. Artists will work towards a performance season at Melbourne Arts Centre’s Showroom, addressing global conversations on race, gender, identity, body image, decolonisation and more.
