We're on the lookout for an Experienced E-Commerce Coordinator to join our growing team! This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, growing organisation, working in a friendly and creative team environment.

What's Involved?
Main Responsibilities:

  • Building and Maintaining Products and Campaigns in Shopify

  • Assisting clients with getting the most out of their store through integration and marketing

  • Ensure all web assets, content, and promotions are implemented on time as required.

  • Strong Shopify knowledge & experience (with both Shopify apps, D2C & B2B stores)

  • Managing data and preparing targeted campaigns with Klayvio

  • Assisting clients with Meta, YouTube, Spotify and Google Analytics integrations

  • Take initiative and deliver tasks autonomously

About You:

You’re a people-person who shows initiative, thrives on proactivity and enjoys working within a fun team.

  • Have at least three years of experience operating multiple e-commerce businesses

  • Have an interest in music and/ or the music industry

  • Experience working with Shopify and Klaviyo is highly desirable

  • Deep understanding and knowledge of e-commerce, marketing, and retail in general

  • Strong understanding of web design and UX standards

  • SEO knowledge

  • Ability to optimise e-commerce websites and marketplace channels

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to work on multiple, simultaneous projects of all sizes and complexity

  • Basic coding & illustrator knowledge
