The Opportunity

We’re looking for a visionary, commercially minded Head of Marketing to lead strategy across TMRW’s core divisions: events, touring, and recorded music.

This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, managing a team of senior and mid-level marketers. You'll have the opportunity to shape campaigns that make cultural impact and drive real business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of an integrated marketing strategy across all divisions

  • Drive brand growth, cultural relevance, and commercial performance

  • Oversee a team delivering campaigns across events, artist touring, branded content and music releases

  • Maintain a high standard of creative output, brand consistency, and audience engagement

  • Manage marketing budgets and deliver data-led insights to optimise campaigns and business outcomes

The Selection Criteria

  • 10+ years in senior marketing roles across live entertainment, media, or agency sectors

  • Proven experience leading complex, multi-channel campaigns

  • Deep understanding of music, youth culture, and digital-first marketing strategies

  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team development capabilities

  • Comfortable working across Meta, Google, TikTok, Spotify, and CRM platforms
