We tour artists in Australia and New Zealand including Phoebe Bridgers, Chappell Roan, Fred again.., Olivia Dean, Fontaines D.C, Cigarettes After Sex, bbno$, Turnstile, Beabadoobee, d4vd, Bon Iver, Suki Waterhouse, and Raye.

About the Role

This is a great opportunity to join Handsome Tours in a project management role. Strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and prioritise efficiently, and work independently and autonomously is important for this role. We are looking for a flexible, efficient, highly motivated individual encompassing these characteristics that understands the expectations of tour promoting to join the team.

The Project Manager will be relied on to devise constructive solutions to problem solving, proactively workshopping ideas and positively contributing to team success and synergy. They will also provide day-to-day support to the Promoter team as it relates to budgeting, securing, launching and delivering tours and events. The Project Manager will also assume daily oversight and responsibility from an assigned tour from confirmation to settlement.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

·      Expediting budgets, offers and pitch decks

·      Ensure milestones, plans and targets for tours, events and other projects are created, executed, and met

·      Apply creativity and commonsense to proactively identify and solve problems, bridge communication gaps and enhance team productivity

·      Creating, troubleshooting, reviewing and refining tour and event budgets

·      Communicating with third party clients, stakeholders and potential clients to ensure personable campaigns and smooth, well planned tours

·      Creating and confirming tour routings in conjunction with venues in the role as first point of contact

·      Prepare and review contracts, ensure strong understanding of contractual terms and procedures and enforce contractual compliance overall

·      Management of ticketing end to end

·      Timely client communications, with a particular focus on campaign launch coordination and sales/ marketing updates.

·      Timely stakeholder communications

·      Marketing and advertising implementation, in partnership with Handsome’s Marketing Manager

·      Guest, Artist and Hospitality relations

·      General administration including, but not limited to, updating Handsome’s website and socials and generation of internal company memorandums and approvals.

·      Reporting to management in a timely manner relating to tour status, financials, expectations, processes and overall project elements

Prerequisites

- Minimum 3 years paid experience working on shows/tours/events

- Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word

- Must be based in Sydney
