WILBUR WILDE sings + plays Jazz with John Montesante Quintet

JMQ Jazz Ensemble is always delighted to welcome singer-saxophonist WILBUR WILDE to appear with JMQ Jazz Ensemble, at the welcoming Golden Gate Hotel, South Melbourne.

On Thursday MAY 28, 2026, he shall be accompanied by an all-star line up :Tony Floyd (drums), Nick Haywood (d.bass), tbc(piano) & John Montesante ( trumpet)

Wilbur has had a long, stellar career on stage, television, radio and as a touring celebrity artist. He and bandleader John have performed together across genres since the seventies - and in more recent decades, mainly Jazz with John Montesante Quintet.

Doors open at 6:30pm and Live Jazz at 7pm.Meals and drinks are available all evening during the show.
