An exploration of the spirituous origins of the first two releases of the first "proper" distillery in central Edinburgh since the last one closed in 1925.
Join Dr Paul, Big G and Wheaty Jade for a special tasting of not only the first two releases of Holyrood's single malts but the components that went into it; we’re absolutely going down that wee rabbit hole!
We'll be tasting, discussing and no doubt cogitating over the two new single malts plus new make of the components of the two malts.
