The Refuge "Heart in my Hands" Single Launch

The Refuge are excited to announce they will be launching their newest single "Heart in my Hands" at Brunswick's finest, The Bergy Bandroom, on the 4th of April!Forming in the cold, dark depths of The Otways as bored fourteen year olds, now with 10 years of gigging under their belt, The Refuge has the electric stage presence to back it up. While The Refuge are an Alt Rock band looking to influences like Queens of the Stone Age, Royal Blood and grunge bands like Alice in Chains and Soundgarden, they blend their love of psychedelic, punk, New Wave and old school heavy metal music together.The Refuge have always been primarily a live band, constantly pushing themselves on stage while remaining in a machine-like synchronisation. Over the ten years they have been together, The Refuge have shared the stage with the likes of Shihad, The Southern River Band, The Murlocs, Dr Colossus, The Vasco Era and The Maggie Pills to name a few.With plenty of new material on the way in 2025, The Refuge have just completed a regional Victorian tour, destroying stages in Port Campbell, Bendigo, Ballarat and hometown Apollo Bay to kick off the year. The fast and punchy "Heart in my Hands" is the first of three songs that will be released in 2025.
