Séarlait
Her roots lie in UK underground dance music, orbiting playfully around house, breaks, electro and techno, however Séarlait’s enthusiasm to carefully and seamlessly explore various genres is what places her innovative style in an entire realm of its own. From playful tech-house daytime sets at parties like Daybreak, to frequent late-night escapades at some of Melbourne's most renowned venues, her versatile approach allows her to create a story and master playing to her surroundings. Séarlait's sets remain uplifting and unexpected.
Radio holds a special place for Séarlait to experiment and develop her distinct sound, crafting mixes for both on and off the dancefloor, a monthly resident on Bloop London, and regularly contributing guest mixes for stations like Rinse FM, Voices Radio and The Sound Gallery.
Séarlait has also established herself as a music coordinator, radio host and touring agent with her brand 1800 Play, which is an extension of her multidisciplinary place within dance music. 1800 Play celebrates some of Séarlait's local and international, beloved producers and DJs with it's own events and mix series, featuring artists like Jeku, NIKS and Huerta.
