Her sharp joke writing skills have led to writing roles on Network Ten’s The Project and Sam Pang Tonight.Emo MajokEmo Majok is one of Australia’s most exciting and unique voices in comedy. A South Sudanese-Australian comedian, Emo blends sharp observational humour with powerful personal storytelling drawn from his refugee upbringing and life in Australia. He was the 2023 winner of the WA Raw Comedy competition and has since performed at major festivals including the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, Sydney Comedy Festival, and Just For Laughs Australia. Emo’s stage presence is electric, his wit is undeniable, and his storytelling leaves audiences laughing and thinking in equal measure.
