Lolo Lovina is a high-energy, genre-blending ensemble based in Sydney, Australia, led by charismatic Romani-Gypsy vocalist Sarah Bedak and Serbian-born drummer and musical director Nenad Radic. Their name, meaning “Red Beer” in Romanes, reflects their intoxicating mix of Balkan Romani rhythms, swing, heavy metal, tango, and British pop, all rooted in their ancestral heritage.
Since forming in 2007, Lolo Lovina has captivated audiences worldwide, performing at prestigious venues and festivals including the Sydney Opera House, Havana World Music Festival (Cuba), Guca Trumpet Festival (Serbia), SXSW (USA), and Vivid Sydney. Their critically acclaimed albums, Rroma Sapien and RromAntics, have been featured on ABC Radio National’s The Daily Planet and received a 4-star review in Songlines magazine.
Known for their electrifying live shows, Lolo Lovina's performances are a celebration of cultural fusion, community, and unbridled musical joy, often delivered from their unique mobile venue, the Gypsy Caravan Stage.
