Beyond her work with the band, Zia is a prolific artist, exploring diverse musical landscapes. Her side project, Brush Prairie, offers audiences a more intimate and experimental facet of her artistry, leaning into a sound that's a little bit country, a little bit rock and roll. Melissa Fraser is a Brisbane-based singer-songwriter, recognized for her captivating vocals and thoughtful songwriting. Her music, which beautifully blends contemporary country and folk with indie rock influences, has engaged audiences Australia wide and abroad.



A highly versatile musician, Melissa is also an accomplished bassist, having contributed her talents to a diverse range of acts including We All Want To, Mick Medew, Jackie Marshall, and country artist Tom Curtain. For this special performance in between oceanic adventures, Melissa will be joined by her full band, promising an experience unlike any other MF show! They'll be featuring repertoire from her debut album, 'Crooked Purple Lines' as well as your favourite songs from critically acclaimed album, 'Stay On The Road.' The band includes the esteemed Jeff Lovejoy, Terry Dixon, Leah Dent and Skye Staniford, and they're looking forward to this intimate performance with friends old and new.
