Melbourne singer Kezra offers up heartfelt vocals and dreamy, lush instrumentation with her new single, Missing You.

Premiering today via The Music, the new song builds on the singer’s acclaimed debut offering, Better Place.

“When I wrote this song I remember thinking this is the song I am going to release next, not because I felt it had a hooky chorus or a nice melody - but because it was the first song in a while which I felt so deeply connected to on an emotional level that I never wanted to forget that emotion I felt at the time or the person that it’s about,” Kezra told The Music.

The song is deeply personal for the artist, with it confronting feelings of sadness, mourning and contentment throughout.

“This would have to be one of my most personal and vulnerable songs I have released and I’m so happy to share a little bit of my heart and soul with you.”
