Single title: A Way To Ease The Pain
What's the song about? It is a story about a couple trying to gain the strength to rebuild the love they once had together.
How long did it take to write/record? The single was written over a two month period earlier this year while I was writing our forthcoming album. We recorded the album over two days in July.
Is this track from a forthcoming release/existing release? The track is from our forthcoming album Mary, set to be released in 2015.
What was inspiring you during the songs writing and recording? At the time I was writing the album I was heavily influenced by Tim Winton's writing and musically I was Inspired by artists such as - The Triffids, Nick Cave, Neil Young, Gareth Liddiard, Wilco.

Do you play it differently live? It is played the same live minus a couple of piano parts.
When and where is your launch/next gig? Our single launch is on the 16 Oct at The Vangaurd in Newtown.
