Here are some uplifting vibes to pep you up this Monday morning! Thanks to 21-year-old Melburnian Josh Cashman, we've got the lovely Wishful Imagery to wrap our ears around today — a new single from his upcoming sophomore EP.
The rootsy track is open to interpretation, Cashman says. "Wishful Imagery has many ways of interpretation differing from person to person. We spend countless minutes of our days wishfully dreaming of being somewhere or with someone in a fantasy kind of way.
"For me the song was written about having those moments of want toward someone who by nature and pride I shouldn't have."
Following Wishful Imagery's release this Friday, in October Cashman will be doing the east coast rounds in Melbourne and Sydney with Tash Sultana. Check out the Q&A we did with him here.
