How will you be adhering to the 'second hand formal' theme of the event? Tweed! Specifically a blazer that looks like it was owned by that dodgy uncle who was an illicit bookie, yet Aunty Daisy never even knew.
What will you be serving on the day? South American style chorizos, lovingly known as 'fatboys', delivered in a freshly soft hotdog bun, doused in my mum's famous chimichurri sauce, which is kind of like a Latin pesto. Further to this, we'll have some Colombian soft drinks on offer, along with some Latino-style rice pudding!
Do you think food/drink is the best part of any festival? Why? Most definitely. Good food equals a good mood. Simple. Shit food leads to hanger and less enjoyment of the rest of the festival!

What will make your spread unforgettable? The chimichurri sauce. It's like green gold dancing across your lips.
How will you encourage punters to 'pig out' on your wares? Taste test always seem to do the trick!
Will you be catering to all types of eaters - (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free options)? We'll have a naked fatboy on a stick for the gluten free. Still working on a vegetarian option. For vegans, maybe some chimichurri on a roll?!
What is your go-to cure for a food coma? I rub my belly like I'm the Buddha and then hum my favourite tune. I had a dream once where it was revealed to me the vibrations help with digestion. I've not had time to officially research the science behind it, but anecdotally it seems to work.
