As the music industry shifts to attempt to combat some of the impact of the COVID-19 and consequent halt to live performances, more and more incredible events are popping up in the virtual space. Last month, digital music retail giant Beatport announced a "global music series" titled ReConnect, a 24 hour stream that featured sets from the likes of Carl Cox, Nina Kraviz, Bonobo, RUFUS DU SOL and many more. Now, they're set to do it all again with round two kicking off this weekend, and they've once again brought the goods with this second line up.
Featuring the likes of Boys Noize, DJ Boring, Anna Lunoe, Flight Facilities, Hannah Wants, Louisahhh, Modeselektor and many, many more, ReConnect will once again be a mammoth stint of artists streaming from their various locations around the world, only this time it'll stretch for 36 incredible hours.
Held on Twitch, the event kicks off at 8pm GMT on Friday April 17th (that's 6am AEST), and will feature 36 DJs in 36 locations. Check the full line up below, and hit attending HERE to cop a reminder when it all starts!
