Following on from the release of ‘Tracks’, Melbourne-based pop-punk band PAPERWEIGHT have returned with their boisterous new offering ‘Asteroids! And Where To Find Them’ – produced by Stevie Knight (Stand Atlantic, Yours Truly, The Dead Love) and mixed by James Paul Wisner (Paramore, Underoath)

After a premiere play of the track last night on Short Fast Loud, we present to you, the premiere of the music video for the latest firey track from PAPERWEIGHT!

The track has a soft start on the Ukulele before launching into the undeniably catchy pop-punk we love from this band. The chorus is about to live rent-free in your brain for the next month but I sure as hell am not mad about it. The MUSIC VIDEO THOUGH! That's what you're here for and its so fun I don't even know what else to say.

Front-man Haris Dillinger says:

“When it comes down to it, this song is about not taking yourself too seriously. We can get so caught up in a sense of security instead of living in the now, so push for the things you want and enjoy the ride while it lasts.”

They did not take themselves too seriously on this track. It's giving me John Mayer - 'New Light' vibes with the green screen hilarity. I laughed from start to finish and far out its just so fun to listen to this song & watch this track. With the madness of the world recently, treat yourselves to a fun 3 minutes watching this. Then treat yourself again and again and let's blow this track UP!
