How did you get into the butcher business? I started as a cleaner, then decided I wanted to be a butcher. Also, love for food and cooking.
If you had to choose, what would be your favourite cut of meat be and why? I love everything low and slow. Can't beat slow cooked beef ribs when the meat falls off the bone.
What will make you the winner at the Butcher Wars? Have you been doing anything to prepare for the comp? I've got a few different ideas, they're simple and easy to cook and they look great.
Which bands/artists are you keen to catch at Meatstock? All the bands. I love all music.
What else are you looking forward to at Meatstock? Wanting to see and taste all the BBQ vendors. Love slow cooked and smoked meat.
