How did you get into the barbecue business? Our whole team are either chefs or barbecue enthusiasts who love to cook outdoors so it was a natural progression for us to end up competing in barbecue competitions. We have competed for two years and have a goal of competing in America one day.
What's your signature dish? Our solid performer is chicken. However we've recently taken first place for our brisket so we have nailed our recipe and process and it is starting to become our signature!
Can you let us in on what you're bringing to the BBQ Wars? After two very successful competitions this year including Grand Champion at the inaugural KCBS competition in Sydney we are looking forward to the biggest competition so far this year. We have perfected our cooking methods so are feeling confident.

Which bands/artists are you keen to catch at Meatstock? We're looking forward to catching The Snowdroppers. Nothing goes better with barbecue than music. A match made in heaven.
If you could feed any band/artist playing at Meatstock who would it be and what would you serve them? If we could serve up some food any of the artists we'd love to. If any of you are reading this make sure you come and visit us!
What else are you looking forward to at Meatstock? Sydney has been desperate for some barbecue competitions. The Meatstock event has had people really excited since late last year. Having the opportunity to mingle so many of the best competition teams in the country will be an amazing experience.
