Lined up an interview with Houston's KPFT. On arrival, they gave us a tour of their studios, and went on to tell us about how their transmitter was bombed in the 70s by the KKK, and are still being attacked to this day. They had stories of recent drive-by shootings, with several bullet holes in the studio windows only just missing the presenters head on a few occasions.
Billy was stinging to skate the new North Houston skatepark, but it was Tuesday...
We played at The Continental Club which has had heaps of insane soul and blues artists play there. It was full of old memorabilia and had a hell old school arcade area.
Copping a look through Sig's Lagoon Record Store, just across the road from Continental.
