When did you start making music and why? We have all been in several bands over the last ten or so years. La Mother Chucha started about eight months ago. We started making music because we love it and it keeps us sane.

Sum up your musical sound in four words? Chilean psychedelic circus rock.

If you could only listen to one album forevermore, what would it be and why? The Beatles - The White Album. So, so, so classy.

Greatest rock'n'roll moment of your career to date? Signing my parents' copy of our debut release.

Why should people come and see your band? We have a unique sound spanning many genres and influences and enjoy entertaining as well as musicianship. 

When and where for your next gig? 18 Sep, The Brunswick Hotel, Chilean independence day.
