Why should punters visit you? Newtown's Bovine & Swine Barbecue Co and The Midnight Special are coming together to launch The Midnight Bovine this month.

What's the history of the event? The Midnight Bovine is a new collaboration that is food focused. Previous collaborations with Bovine and Swine Co include the incredible smoked brisket-washed whiskey, smoked jalapeno tequila and picklebacks. Still at The Midnight Special.

Any advice for first timers who want to visit the event? Get in quickly, it's running from the 28 Apr - 11 May, Wednesday to Sunday from 5.30pm.

Who's performing this time around? The Midnight Bovine will deliver the smoked barbecue goodness from neighbouring Bovine & Swine Barbecue Co with a Tex-Mex twist, under the supervision of award-winning Pit Boss Anton Hughes.
