It's the 45th anniversary of Loaded for classic New York rockers The Velvet Underground and the band are celebrating in style.
The seminal 1970 album has been extensively remastered and expanded into an amazing six-disc set by Rhino called Loaded: Re-loaded, complete with rarities, outtakes from sessions, live recordings and remasterings and today, theMusic.com.au is premiering Disc One's first session outtake — I'm Sticking With You.
I'm Sticking With You wasn't on the original release in 1970 but on 1997's Fully Loaded, a double-CD with unreleased versions of everything on the original.
Loaded:Re-Loaded also contains the original album remastered in stereo and mono, a remastered recording of Live At Max's Kansas City recorded in August 1970, the day Lou Reed left the band. Disc Three contains a whole lot of demos, early version and alternate mixes, too.
