Album title? Another Mile Another Minute

Where did the title of your new album come from? The title track was written on tour in the US. We drive thousands of miles over several weeks and it takes roughly a minute to drive each mile so you can't help but count them.

How many releases do you have now? We have ten studio and seven live albums, plus some collaborations with other artists. So it's 22 releases all up.

How long did it take to write/record? The last studio album was in 2008, so it's songs I've written in that time. We started pre-production October 2015 and finished May 2016. Not consecutive days, though. Maybe a month studio time in total.

Was anything in particular inspiring you during the making? The songs were written over an eight-year period so it's quite varied in mood. We focused on each song as its own entity and we laughed, we cried, we rocked, it's all in there.

What's your favourite song on it? Well, Delta Dave and High Wire are popular at the gigs but Dreaming I'm Awake I'm especially glad we nailed.

Will you do anything differently next time? I've been asked about another acoustic album, otherwise we'll see how folks like this latest band production. I'd love to do another, but with different songs of course!
