"If you started out at 12, you'd be like that too, okay!"
Justin Bieber has left Melbourne a reported 15 hours ahead of schedule following an ugly encounter with a fan in the city.
According to Herald Sun, Bieber was getting into a car near Crown Casino on Saturday when he was approached by a fan looking to get a photo with the pop star.
After the fan began to take selfies, despite him telling her not to do so, the 23-year-old singer said, "Look at you, you make me sick".
The encounter was followed by Bieber calling off a game with Australian Ice Hockey League champions Melbourne Ice, which he requested, at the last minute.

The singer reportedly made specific requests, including the use of a special hockey stick, and an age limit on the players who would take part in the friendly match.
"Despite being given the Labour Day long weekend off to rest by coaching staff… it was a once in a lifetime opportunity that had the team buzzing," Melbourne Ice said in a statement.
"As rumblings of a special appearance by visiting music superstar Justin Bieber to join the team began to circulate, plans were put in place for a scrimmage that no available player was willing to miss.
"Despite a non-appearance from Bieber just as the boys prepared to hit the ice, the playing group took the disappointment in their stride and chose to do what they do best: play some high level ice hockey."
A reported request from Bieber's camp to move the game to Sunday in exchange for tickets to his Brisbane show was declined by the Melbourne Ice.
Bieber left for Brisbane last night where he was greeted by a group of fans at the airport.
The news comes after Adele defended Bieber during her first show in Sydney on Friday night.
ANZ Stadium filled with jeers after the UK superstar asked who would be coming back to the venue this week to see Bieber in action for his own headline gig.
As Sky News reports, Adele responded to the boos, "If you started out at 12, you'd be like that too, okay!"
