"When I was happy I thought something was wrong."

Sydney singer-songwriter Sayah gets personal with her latest single, Drama Queen, the second cut from a larger release expected to drop later this year.

The eclectic talent offers up dark, infectious melodies over an electro-soul beat.

“I became so used to conflict that when I was happy I thought something was wrong, so I’d self-sabotage. That’s when I realised I was being little bit of a drama queen,” Sayah said.

The tune was co-written with Vera Blue collaborator Sam Telford, produced by Xavier Dunn (Peking Duk, Graace, Cxloe, Jack River) and mixed by Steven Schram (Mojo Juju, San Cisco) and promises big things to come.
