PREMIERE: Jep & Dep - 'Tears In The Rain'

Sydney-based alt-country balladeers Jep & Dep have been riding high since the release of their debut full-length album, Word Got Out, in October of last year, and the talented twosome are looking to keep that momentum going as they unveil Tears In The Rain, the third taste from the enthusiastically received record.

Although the single won't be officially launched until Saturday, 28 March, at Newtown Social Club — ahead of a two-month tour of Europe — but theMusic.com.au is privileged to be premiering the fresh single's new clip today to tide you over. The track bears all the hallmarks we've come to expect of the folk-noir duo, with an instrumental sparsity and atmospheric eerieness permeating emotive, candid lyricism and vocal work; a sense of timelessness and immediacy, all at once.
