Shaken Up Versions treads too safely, offering no new ventures into the unknown while offering frustration to those yet to experience the live show.

Essentially a remix (mini) album based on live show versions (on a tour yet to travel here), here are eight reworkings that never stray too far from their uneasy-listening templates. Most interesting is the genderfucking reversal of Pass This On, which begins (along with Silent Shout) surprisingly conventionally, almost daring mainstream DJs to play it before taking a sharp turn for the sinister, violating the dancefloor with a sabotage of discomfort. Still, Shaken Up Versions treads too safely, offering no new ventures into the unknown while offering frustration to those yet to experience the live show.
