Swiss maestro Deetron slips nimbly between Detroit techno, warehouse grooves and neo-soul.

Swiss maestro Deetron slips nimbly between Detroit techno, warehouse grooves and neo-soul on this, one of the strongest entries in the Fabric catalogue. Given the veritable “who's who” of illustrious names that have manned the decks for Fabric over the years, that's major props. It's a sweaty affair with real surprises in the final quarter as indie darlings Caribou and Atoms For Peace flirt with minimal beats and the sweetly echoing keys of Nils Frahm's transcendental – and believe me, “transcendental” is no exaggeration – Says lifts proceedings into the stratosphere.
