It’s no surprise this quintet is one of Norway’s most beloved bands, and with Silent Treatment they may just become one of Australia’s too.

More Highasakite More Highasakite

Norwegian indie-pop band Highasakite has captured the scope of their home nation in their second album, Silent Treatment. Right from the get-go the songs evoke an ethereal sense of scale, the synth the Arctic Ocean swell, the breathy vocals the mountain peaks. Silent Treatment is an album of songs that would feel right at home being sung from majestic plateaus and echoed through scenic valleys. It is wonderful. It's no surprise this quintet is one of Norway's most beloved bands, and with Silent Treatment they may just become one of Australia's too.
