Pink has taken to social media to postpone her fourth Sydney show and issue a statement regarding her current health.
In a post on Instagram of the Sydney Opera House, Pink offered fans her sincere apologies promising "the rescheduled dates will be announced today" and thanked them for their "patience, compassion and support".
The post details her recent hospital experience and the subsequent cancellation of Monday's show where the singer says, "about 20 minutes before I left for soundcheck, I was rushed to hospital in excruciating pain".
Pink is known for her intensely physical live performances saying, "I flip, dance, fly, harness, silk and scream my way through a total shit show of awesomeness (no pun intended)".
"I need to be physically healthy and well in order to perform this show," the post reads.
"I think you all deserve the full show and me at my best".
She extended her thanks to the "amazing doctors and nurses at St Vincent's Hospital for taking such good care of [her] her getting [her] home to [her] kids".
The post states Saturday's show will be going ahead.
