South African singer Jeremy Loops is dropping his highly anticipated sophomore album today ahead of his national tour.

The new album, Critical As Water, see’s Loops explore the free-flowing liquid through a serious perspective.

In several songs, the singer tackles the serious water shortage facing his home city of Cape Town, South Africa. Predicted to be the first major city in the world to run out of water, the artist touches on the crisis during songs like Flash Floods and the haunting ballad Vultures. 

Loops will be heading Down Under for shows in May, hitting up Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne and Brisbane before wrapping it up in Perth.
