"It opens up the size and scope of artists we can stage and will be a big step up for the event."

After selling out their 2017 Jubilee Hotel event, Dead Of Winter festival have announced they'll be back bigger than ever in 2018 with the one-day festival to be split between the Jubilee and The Tivoli in July.

"After selling out the Jubilee Hotel in 2017 we knew we had to expand the event, but we still wanted to keep the intimate vibe of the festival, so this year we have added 2 stages at the Tivoli," says head of Dead Of Winter Carolyn Bedford.

"It was the perfect choice because it is only 300 metres from the Jubilee and a much loved Brisbane venue. It opens up the size and scope of artists we can stage and will be a big step up for the event. Metal will also now be moved out of the upstairs room at the Jube onto a larger stage. Join us on the journey, will be our best yet."
