With Confidence have announced they are "taking a step back from touring" following the allegations against their frontman, Jayden Seeley.

The band are currently in the midst of a US tour.

For the second time in the same week, a band member of Sydney outfit With Confidence has been accused of sexual misconduct with a minor.

As noted by Music Feeds, frontman Jayden Seeley has also addressed allegations he solicited child pornography from a 15-year-old female fan in 2013, just two days after the band announced they are parting ways with guitarist Luke "Rockets" Thomas for allegedly sending messages of a sexual nature to a 14-year-old female fan.

"The girl who has posted, alex, approached me multiple times with sexual photos on snapchat," Seeley alleged in a statement posted to his personal Twitter account.

"I was not the one to reach or seek her out. At the time I had just recently turned 20, not 21. I did not know her age and believed her to be older. I realise now I should have known better and and asked."

Drummer Josh Brozzesi has since tweeted that the band are "looking into this and are treating this with the utmost seriousness".

The Music has contacted With Confidence's label for comment.
