More Midnight Oil More Midnight Oil

Midnight Oil frontman Peter Garrett kicked out two punters who were acting up in the crowd during the band's gig in Perth on Saturday night.

As witnessed by The Music at Perth Arena, Garrett stopped mid-way through the set during Only The Strong to call out the unruly patrons.

"He's going out – come out," Garrett said, pointing at a male in the mosh.

"The idea is that everybody should be able to enjoy themselves down the front here, men and women, young and old and if you can't deliver it, you're coming out.

"The show will not start until he comes out, so you make up your own mind, brother."

The singer then said "both of you" and had security also remove the offender's friend.
