Paul Kelly, Gang Of Youths & More Score Early ARIA Nominations For 2017

First out of the gate.

The 2017 ARIA Awards are set to launch in Sydney next week and the celebration will also see the first set of winners announced in the Fine Arts, Artisan and Best Comedy categories. 

Among the nominees are a slew of some of Australia's best and up-and-coming acts including Paul Kelly, Gang Of Youths, King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, Jessica Mauboy and DD Dumbo.

ARIA Chairman and Chairman and CEO of Sony Music Entertainment Australia and New Zealand and President, Asia, Denis Handlin AO, said of the news, "ARIA is delighted to present these awards and to recognise the highly talented Australian musicians and artisans across the diversity of the eight award categories".

The 2017 ARIAs will be held in Sydney on 28 November.
