Placebo have issued an apology to Perth fans after announcing they are unable to reschedule their WA date.

The band was forced to cancel their show at Perth Arena last Monday last minute due to illness, and while an “effort was made to try to find an alternative date”, promoters TEG Live have today said that was not possible.

“Placebo extends their apologies and deep thanks to their Perth fans for their well wishes, patience and understanding and hope to be able to return to Perth in the not-too-distant future,” reads a statement from TEG.

Ticket purchasers can now receive full refunds from the point of purchase.
