Looks Like 'The Book Of Mormon' Is Coming To Sydney

Having played in Melbourne exclusively since February, it appears The Book Of Mormon will finally be making its way to Sydney very soon.

Some locals have spotted posters for the multiple Tony Award-winning musical around the city, with the caption, 'The Mormons Are Coming'.

Meanwhile the official The Book Of Mormon Australia Twitter account has posted one of the posters in question, linking to the waitlist.

Speaking to Marie Claire, the musical's publicist, Ian Phipps, confirmed the ads went up on Tuesday, teasing "it might be coming".

The Book Of Mormon and South Park creators, Trey Parker and Matt Stone, revealed plans to bring the show to Sydney while in Melbourne for the premiere earlier this year.

"We'd love it to stay [in Melbourne as long as it can and then move to Sydney and stay as long…" Stone said.

"That's the dream."
