The summer music festival returns for its third go-around in 2018.

More Fatboy Slim More Fatboy Slim

Legendary dance-music maker Fatboy Slim will lead the charge at Red Hill Auditorium in January 2018 atop the bill for the third annual Electric Gardens festival in Perth.

The appearance will mark the second time Fatboy Slim has graced the Electric Gardens stage, having helped christen the event at its maiden 2016 outing.

He'll be joined by London outfit Gorgon City, who have blossomed well beyond their roots in the UK basement-DJ scene through their dance floor-filling tunes such as Ready For Your Love and Here For You.

Both acts have already been announced for Sydney's leg of the festival, at which they'll also perform alongside the likes of Arman Van Helden and MK (Marc Kinchen).

Several more names are yet to be announced for next year's party, though fans can expect even more world-class acts from across the seas and around the country. Along with the main-stage attractions, Electric Gardens will feature stages dedicated to underground tech, house and electronic, as well as a locals-only stage and the evergreen Return To Rio stage.

Electric Gardens 2018 will be held on Friday 19 January. Tickets are available through the venue.
