'It's a loop station, not a backing track.'
Ed Sheeran has been forced to defend himself after being accused by some fans of not singing live during his headlining Glastonbury set this past weekend.
As The Sun reports, some fans alleged that the UK songwriter used a backing track in his performance, but Sheeran was kick to shut the rumour down, insisting everything he does on stage is recorded live through a loop station, which he uses consistently at his shows.
"Never thought I'd have to explain it, but everything I do in my live show is live," Sheeran tweeted.
"It's a loop station, not a backing track. Please google x."
