He also founded Ksubi back in 1999

Founding member of cult Sydney DJ collective Dan Single — also known as Dangerous Dan — is in an induced coma following a three-storey fall from a hotel balcony in Paris.

As News Corp reports, Single was working at Hotel Grand D'Amour when he fell and "shattered every bone from the bottom of his spine to his heels", according to The Daily Telegraph. He is reportedly not suffering from any brain injuries.

The 36-year-old became renowned as part of DJ collective Bang Gang alongside Beni Single (DJ Damage), Adrian Thomas (Ajax) Jaime Wirth (Jaime Doom), Mikey Nolan (Double Nolan) and Angus Gruzman (Gus Da Hoodrat), later going on to found popular Australian denim label Ksubi in 1999 and marry model Bambi Northwood-Blyth.

It is reported that the accident happened on 11 March with Northwood-Blyth by his side. The Sunday Telegraph reports a source told them, "His legs are a mess. He won't be walking for a very long time. It's expected both he and Bambi will have to stay over there for quite a while because he's not able to fly."

His family and friends have flown to Paris to be by Single's side at a Paris hospital, where he is in the ICU.

It's not the first time Bang Gang have found themselves in tragic circumstances, having lost member Ajax back in 2013 when he was hit by a truck in Melbourne.

Bang Gang DJs are due to play the Ministry Of Sound reunion tour this May, alongside Sneaky Sound System, The Potbelleez and more.

UPDATE:

Ministry Of Sound exclusively told The Music, "Bang Gang DJs are still confirmed to play the Ministry of Sound Reunion Tour in May and June."
