US trap duo Flosstradamus have announced that co-founding member Josh Young has officially quit.

Taking to Facebook to address rumours that the group are breaking up, Curt Cameruci confirmed that he will continue to "carry the torch" for Flosstradamus.

"The reports of Flosstradamus’s death have been greatly exaggerated," the statement reads.

"A movement does not stop when one of its founding fathers goes abroad - it only gets bigger! Flosstradamus will continue and I am excited to carry the torch. Josh will always be a part of the #HDYNATION and we wish him the best on his future endeavors."

Set to perform at Aussie event, FOMO Festival, next month, organisers have confirmed to The Music that both Young and Cameruci will appear together at all shows.

"We’re also very excited to finally announce we’ve been building a special Australian version of the Flosstradamus HI-DEF YOUTH Bunker that will be at all FOMO shows," a statement from FOMO management reads.

"This will be the first time the Flosstradamus Bunker has been used outside of North America!"

The lads’ FOMO sets are currently listed as their last on their Facebook page.
