The boutique St Kilda event goes down this December

Boutique St Kilda festival The Pleasure Garden has bolstered its ranks ahead of this December's event, with the second batch of acts to announced on the 2016 line-up led by celebrated roots ensemble Blue King Brown.

The ARIA-nominated outfit will reunite with their Jamaica-based frontwoman, Nattali Rize, for the outing, with the songstress set to step out solo at next month's Mullum Music Festival ahead of the band's appearance at The Pleasure Garden.

Also joining the bill — already populated with alluring acts such as The Cat Empire, Dub FX and Tash Sultana — are UK legend Barry Ashworth, aka Dub Pistols Sound System, genre-defying local electro-whizzes OKA, the energetic remixes of The Chicken Brothers, The Operatives main man Jerry Poon, aka JPS, Melburnian electro-swing luminaries Mortisville & Friends and multi-talented musician and producer Beatrice.

It all goes down among the picturesque surrounds of St Kilda Foreshore's Catani Gardens on Saturday 10 December.
