Celebrated Aussie singer-songwriter Angus Stone is taking new musical project Dope Lemon out on the road for his first national tour under the moniker throughout October and November.

Coinciding with the release of new single Coyote — taken from the band's recent debut album, Honey Bones, and coming in the wake of previous taster Uptown Folks — the tour will see Stone and his band stretch their wings to hit stages in Perth, Adelaide, Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne over the next couple of months.

The ascendant outfit will be joined on the tour by troubadour Jack River, who has recently further cemented herself as an emergent act to watch following the signing of a deal with renowned indie label IOHYOU. Her debut EP will be out later this year.

Telstra Thanks will be staging a 48-hour pre-sale for Telstra customers from 10am this Wednesday, 7 September, running until the same time on Friday, 9 September. General-release tickets will go on sale from 10am on Monday 12 September via Live Nation.
