The line-up for the Melbourne leg of this year’s Oz Comic-Con is slowly but surely coming together, with Torchwood and Arrow star John Barrowman the latest guest confirmed.

Barrowman first become a fan favourite during his stint as Captain Jack Harkness in Doctor Who, a role that carried over to Torchwood before he signed on as Malcolm Merlyn on DC hit series Arrow, which is currently wrapping it’s fourth series.

The cult hero, who also has a slew of albums and theatre roles under his belt, joins Robert Patrick (Terminator 2: Judgement Day, The X-Files), David Anders (iZombie, The Vampire Diaries), David Giuntoli and Bitsie Tulloch (Grimm) and Paul McGillion and Rachel Luttrell (Stargate: Atlantis).

After smashing runs in Perth and Adelaide earlier this month, the convention will hit the East Coast in June, consuming Melbourne Convention And Exhibition Centre June 11 – 12.
