More Father John Misty More Father John Misty

Cameron Avery has been announced as opening for Father John Misty (AKA Josh Tillman) at the latter's Brisbane and Melbourne shows.

Avery was labeled one of NME's 2013 Australian Acts to Watch, and he has certainly lived up to expectations. He has played bass with Tame Impala, drummed with Pond and fronts his own band Growl, on top of writing film scores and collaborating with Arcade Fire's Owen Pallett when writing The Growl's album What Would Christ Do?.

Father John Misty has created a loyal following of fans since the release of Fear Fun in 2012 and his second album earlier this year, the critically acclaimed I Love You, Honeybear.
