Russell Morris Leads 22nd Thredbo Blues Line-Up

The fun hasn't stopped at the slopes even though the weather's getting warmer, with Thredbo ski fields announcing their 22nd annual Thredbo Blues Festival with ARIA Hall Of Fame inductee Russell Morris leading the charge.

Joining the 67-year-old will be blues/harmonica rocker Andy Just straight from the States, Fiona Boyes, The Voice's Gail Page, Genevieve Chadwick, Andrea Marr, Janis Joplin-celebrating The Pearl Show and many more.

The family-friendly event will take to Thredbo from 15 to 17 January, with Thredbo Blues' Artistic Director Stewart Wauchop explaining they have "we have combined Blues veterans with up-and-coming players, covering acoustic, electric, Blues and Roots."

"I feel we have arrived at a superb blend. We are also proud to showcase the cream of Australian women Blues players," he says.
