Along with BIGSOUND's favourites Methyl Ethel and Tiny Little Houses
Revving up to release their fifth album, Byron boys Parkway Drive have picked up triple j's Feature Album Of The Week with their upcoming, Ire.
Alongside them, other Aussie acts who will be tuning in to the youth broadcaster to hear themselves include Methyl Ethel with Twilight Driving (coincidentally, these Perth guys have been doing extremely well post-BIGSOUND, having signed to three booking agents across Australia, US and the UK in the last few days), fellow BIGSOUND attendees Tiny Little Houses with Soon We Won't Exist, Sarah Blasko with I'd Be Lost and The Murlocs with Rolling On.
In the international arena, Atlanta-based singer/songwriter Raury's collaboration with Rage Against The Machine's Tom Morello has picked up an addition to the playlist with Friends, joining Empress Of and Travis Scott as well.
