October just got a lot more amusing

British comedian, TV personality, author and, importantly, 'Pub Landlord' Al Murray has unveiled a run of antipodean performance dates for this October in addition to his previously announced spot at Sydney's Just For Laughs festival, to celebrate two decades of stickin' it to… well, everyone, as a man on a mission to trumpet the benefits of a bit of common sense to anyone who'll listen (i.e. a lot of people).

The Perrier Award-winning stand-up will begin his commemorative tour, titled One Man, One Guvnor, in Melbourne, at The Forum, on Friday, 16 October, before treating Sydneysiders to not one but three nights of chuckles at Just For Laughs, from 19-21 October. From there, it's up to The Tivoli, in Brisbane, for a performance on Friday, 23 OCtober, rounding out his southern sojourn at Perth's Astor Theatre on Monday, 26 October.

Tickets for all shows will go on sale this Monday, 6 July, at 9am; see theGuide or check The Music App for more information.
