The US-bred electro-whiz will play four headline shows next month

More Nosaj Thing More Nosaj Thing

The annual Red Bull Music Academy stage at Splendour In The Grass is a true thing of beauty, so much so that it seems a little unfair that only festival-goers should have a shot at feeling the vibe.

It seems the energy-drink monolith thinks so too, with RBMA announcing several standalone headline dates for Splendour drawcard Nosaj Thing around his festival appearance next month. Thus, in addition to his SITG spot, Nosaj Thing will grace stages in Adelaide (Rocket Bar, Friday, 17 July), Melbourne (Howler, 18 July) and Brisbane (Woolly Mammoth, 23 July) ahead of his performance at the North Byron Parklands. Once he's wowed the mases, he'll take it down a notch once more for his final show of the tour at Sydney's Oxford Art Factory on Saturday, 25 July.

This is all a pretty sweet deal to begin with, but the true kicker is that each of the LA-based beatmaker's headline shows are free (via RSVP). With his third studio album, Fated, freshly behind him — not to mention the raft of faves at his disposal from previous efforts Drift (2009) and Home (2013) — audiences can expect nothing short of an audiovisual spectacular sure to please the senses of dyed-in-the-wool fans and curious onlookers alike.

As mentioned, the headline shows are free as long as you RSVP — head here to do so.
